If you follow Teen Mom, you know that the cast of the show isn't shy about getting plastic surgery. Kailyn Lowry recently had a "mommy make-over," along with soon to be co-star Briana DeJesus. Amber Portwood has gotten work done, and I wouldn't doubt that Jenelle has had some procedures done herself.

However, when it comes to being queen of plastic surgery, Farrah Abraham holds the crown. She posted a picture to Instagram, and fans roasted her. According to these comments, she might be one of the most hated women on the planet. Check it out!

We met Farrah Abraham when she was just a pregnant 16-year-old girl. She looked like a normal teenage high-schooler.

After she rose to fame, she began to "enhance" her appearance through cosmetic procedures.

Fans often comment that she has completely messed up her face!

Farrah isn't the only one who has had work done. Most of the girls on the show go to the same plastic surgeon, Michael "Dr. Miami" Salzhauer.

Both Kailyn Lowry and Briana DeJesus had work done by the famous doctor. Jenelle Evans wanted to see him, but he refused to work on her. She was uncomfortable with her chin, but he felt that there was no work to be done.

Just because he turned Jenelle away doesn't mean that he is conservative.
He clearly doesn't have a problem going over the top. We've all seen Farrah's massive knockers. Literally, if you want to see them you're just a short Google search away.

That's not all, she's also had a good amount of facial fillers.

We all remember when Farrah had a "reaction" to her lip injections and ended up looking like Leela from Futurama.

Even with a scare like that, it didn't stop Farrah from getting more work done. She was recently in Miami with Dr. Miami himself and posed for a picture. She captioned the Instagram shot, "Proud of you Doc! Thanks for my nose."

The response she received was probably worse than she anticipated.

After she posted the picture. Fans took to Twitter to leave their two cents.

One fan said, "wow! i sure wouldnt have him do my nose then." Another added, "I'd try to get your money back."

Among the Instagram comments were things like, "she looks like something off the purge" and "worst woman on the planet."
