When your entire stardom revolves around pregnancy, it’s no surprise that fans will always wonder when the next pregnancy announcement is coming. Although many of the Teen Mom stars have sworn up and down that they’re done having children, time and again their unexpected pregnancies take fans by surprise. Even though Maci Bookout has confirmed that she’s done having biological children in the past, this season of Teen Mom OG, she was singing a different tune.
Maci and her husband Taylor have had a lot on their plate with Ryan Edwards’ addiction this season, but they’ve also been considering expanding their family. Even though they’ve revealed that they see themselves adopting in the future, fans noticed Maci mention once or twice that she was thinking of having a biological child as well.
Could Maci already be pregnant? It seems that the key to that answer could be found in this shocking photo!

When Maci Bookout found herself pregnant with her third child, she didn’t hide the fact that it was an unexpected surprise. She vented that having two babies at the same time would present more than its fair share of problems, but of course Maci and her husband Taylor McKinney made raising three kids look like a piece of cake.
But since then, they’ve been seriously considering expanding their family. There’s just one twist: they want to adopt!
“What kind of timeline were you thinking about for adoption?” Taylor asked his wife in an episode of Teen Mom OG.
Maci revealed, “A year, two years… But we both agreed that when we adopt, we do not want to adopt a baby. We want to adopt a child.” They went on to agree that they would want a child between four and six years old.
“If you still want another baby, then I’ll do it — but I still want to adopt, too. And if that’s really what you want naturally, I want to do it now,” Maci revealed. Well, now it looks like they went through with their plans!

This is far from the only shot that has fans thinking Maci is already pregnant. In a recent selfie of her with Jayde and Maverick, fans zeroed in on the shape of Maci’s face!
“She’s pregnant again!! Those cheeks tell all!” wrote Instagram user @minot.noir on this picture of Maci. User mysticalostrich agreed, “She looks pregnant! HER CHEEKS! 😊😏” User @mariagro79 wrote, “Yes shes looks pregnant… Besides the round face she totally has a bump.”
In fact, Maci’s skin is looking so smooth and full that fans have wondered if she’s gotten botox!
