For as long as Kaiser has been alive, Jenelle Evans and Nathan Griffith have been fighting over who has the custody rights of their son.
Things have gotten ugly over the years, with accusations of abuse flying in both directions, and most fans have grown increasingly concerned about Jenelle's second son.
But now, Nathan is attempting to gain full custody of his son.
Although Nathan has attempted to get custody of Kaiser multiple times, now he apparently sees another pathway to getting to see his son more. He wants his brother, Noah, to adopt Kaiser!
Noah spilled his plan in an interview with The Sun.
“I have seen [Kaiser] four times in the last two to three months. More than I have seen him in awhile. It hurts my heart when he leaves. The kid is very intelligent, but seeks attention and he believes the only way to get that attention is to do something bad," he shared.
“He rather be in trouble because that way someone is paying him attention. It sucks," Noah claimed.
He said that he “can’t speak on Jenelle’s mother skills,” but that he can “can only go by what Kaiser tells” him.
“The things he has told me is the reason I would want him to live with me," Noah claimed.“I care about his safety - not saying he is in danger - his schooling and his treatment as a young man.”
Noah elaborated, adding, “Young boys are very influenced by male influences. I am able to teach him the right way to where in my opinion he doesn’t have that opportunity at the moment.”
However, he shared that Nathan isn't entirely on board with this.
“Nathan gets upset when I inquire about it," he shared. "If there was a way, I would. Right now it’s not an option unfortunately, but I pray it never has to be an option either.”
He added, “I want my nephew to have all the opportunities that any other kid in America has. My wife and I can provide him with a normal and awesome chance at just that." He shared, “That whole situation frustrates me.”
Noah has also shared these sentiments via Facebook.
Noah penned:
“Pray for Kaiser! I do everyday! He is my nephew and I have asked Nate to please let me adopt him multiple and I mean multiple times. So if they read this I have finally put it out there publicly that I would love nothing more than to take Kaiser into our loving secure and more than financially stable home!”
Jenelle Evans is Taking Mother Back to Court!
Lately, Jenelle Evans has been spending lots of quality time with her family, and she's ready to have everyone under one roof!
As fans know, Jenelle's mom, Barbara, has had custody of her son, Jace, since he was a baby. He's now a lot older, and Jenelle is ready to have him back with her full time.
In an exclusive interview, Jenelle opens up about just how difficult the custody battle with her mother has been.
“Jace is back with my mom, and I have filed to go to court and make the case private,” Jenelle told Us Weekly. “I did that for Jace’s protection because…he is old enough now to where, if it’s in the news, I don’t need him reading that or getting upset.”
She said that she and her mother are “currently not on talking terms” and only communicate when it has to do with Jace’s pick-ups and drop-offs.
“That’s about it,” she told the outlet.
Jenelle added that she and her mom had previously reconciled, but that they ended up reaching “a breaking point.”
“Because of Jace’s bad behavior, he was supposed to live with me,” Jenelle told Us Weekly. “Then she took that all back and acted like none of that ever happened. It’s really concerning to me.”
Jenelle added that she personally hasn’t had much trouble with Jace’s behavior.
“His behavior is always good here. They have so much land to play with and play on, and [there are] so many kids,” she said.
Jenelle explained that Barbara and Jace tend to butt heads a lot more than she and her son do.
“I know in the past I’ve said that, but that was when I was young and mad,” Jenelle said. “I see how important it is for Jace to have that relationship with my mom, no matter how much I dislike her.”
Back in January, Jenelle said she had custody of Jace, although that was only temporary. She later clarified that she had split custody of her son with her mother.
Jenelle said she is hoping to regain full custody of her son, but knows that she would never cut her mother out of Jace’s life completely.
