Jenelle Evans spoke with Teen Mom Talk Now about her health and what is happening with her makeup line.
Fans will remember that Jenelle recently spoke with Hollywood Life, opening up about her struggles with esophageal spasms.
“Every time I would fly in a plane, even today, spasms happen in my chest,” the former Teen Mom 2 star explained. “Food or liquid will not pass through. Then, I throw up an hour into the flight and keep going until I land, which is a four hour flight, usually from North Carolina to Los Angeles.”
Well now, Jenelle has told us that she is going to be having more medical work done in regards to her illness.
“I’m getting a PH study for my esophagus and have a small catheter up my nose and down my throat for 24 hours,” she told us.
This comes at a difficult time for Jenelle. Amid her preparing for the launch of her makeup line, JE Cosmetics, Jenelle has been the victim of online harassment. Read her exclusive statement below:
I’m being harassed by haters at the moment because of something that happened and wasn’t ever my fault to begin with. I’m just doing my job as a mom everyday and taking care of my kids. I am continuing on with the next chapter in my life and would like all the hateful comments, false accusations, and fake reviews to stop. I have never abused an animal in my life and continued to be an avid animal lover. We now have been raising a little homestead at our house and I have learned a lot the past 6 months. Everyone needs to move on with their lives because we are too.
Jenelle says that “no matter what happens…nothing will stop me from launching my new brand.”
We last reported that Jenelle’s website for her new brand had been down. When we spoke to her manager, he said the domain had been bought under false pretenses and turned into a harassment site.
“The original website…the domain was bought” and was made into a harassment site, her manager told us. “Fans are harassing her for her makeup line, and they bought the domain. In the domain they wrote nasty things about the line and also nasty things about Jenelle…they bought it and have been harassing us.”
He said a lot of the negative feedback has been surrounding what happened with her husband, David Eason.
“We’re going to try and get her website back, and if not we’re just going to buy another domain and just go from there.”
The launch for JE Cosmetics is scheduled for September 9 during New York Fashion Week. There will be media influencer appearances, and it will be hosted by a celebrity makeup artist.
