16 and Pregnant star Jordan Cashmyer is going through some extreme hardship right now. After falling into drug addiction after her pregnancy, she managed to get clean, but recent occurrences suggest that's no longer the case. And now, to top it off, loved ones are saying they don't know where she is.

A few weeks ago, Jordan was spotted with an online profile for a very specific app: one used by escorts to find clients.
Jordan had written a blog post some time ago about falling into addiction following her pregnancy to cope with post-partum depression. However, now it looks like she has fallen back into the disease.

Within the span of just over two weeks, Jordan had two encounters with the police as a result of friends worrying that she had overdosed. In the second case, her boyfriend contacted the police when he discovered she was locked inside of her room and was unresponsive.
“[Her boyfriend] advised that Defendant Cashmyer had a past history of using heroin and he was concerned that she may have overdosed inside of the location,” the police report read. “Cashmyer was naked and went into the bathroom to put on clothes. She appeared to be under the influence of narcotics.”
The police found that she was in possession of heroin and cocaine, and arrested her.

Jordyn's mother took to Facebook to share her concerns about her missing daughter. She wrote, "Help me find Jordan Cashmyer before this has to happen jail sucks but ill do wat i got to do help me find my daughter jordan cashmyer". She included a picture of a boxer knocking someone out.

It wasn't long before her mother updated that she had "flushed out" Jordan. She wrote, "I knew id flush her out thank god she is still alive now wat do i do lord please help please give me wisdom".
She then posted some celebratory Disney gifs before finishing off, "She is in virgina i think".

An insider expressed concern to Radar about Jordan’s state in her life, saying, “She is on a destructive path. She’s in our prayers that she pulls through in the state that she’s in.”
