They want to kick her off!
Everyone has their favorite Teen Mom cast member. Maybe it’s the cast member you’ve been following the longest, or the one that reminds you of yourself — maybe even just the one that you think has the funniest storyline! That also means that everyone has their least favorite cast member.
Unfortunately for those who hate one of the main cast members, it’s not very likely that MTV is going to kick them to the curb. When the cast changes, it will likely be because one of them finally goes through with their numerous threats to quit. That said, with the way that fans have been begging MTV to kick this star off of the show, that might just change.
Even the most disliked stars of Teen Mom have their die-hard followers, but there’s one cast member that no one seems to like or even defend. Could fans be successful in getting this star kicked off the show, or at least getting her segments reduced?

Over the years, many fans’ opinions about certain cast members on Teen Mom have changed. As the stars grow and change, so do their viewers, so it’s only natural for some alignments to shift as time goes on. However, there’s one cast member that it seems that no one can stand, and fans are begging MTV to take action.
Maci Bookout has been a fan favorite for years due to her levelheadedness and dedication to her family. It doesn’t hurt that she and Taylor McKinney make such a cute couple, and that she is raising Bentley and two adorable toddlers. Don’t worry, it’s not Maci people want off the show — it’s her counterpart, Mackenzie Standifer.
Mackenzie recently tied the knot with Ryan Edwards, Maci’s ex. In fact, she tied the knot with him twice. Because of her feud with Maci where she accused Maci of using Ryan’s addiction just to get views on the show, Mack hasn’t been popular amid Maci’s fans. But lately, MTV has been doing something that is upsetting fans even more: cutting back Maci’s airtime to add more of Mackenzie’s. Needless to say, fans aren’t thrilled with this change.
“Hey @MTV can we see Maci instead of Mackenzie??? Maci is the actual Teen Mom that’s on the show,” wrote Twitter user @KendallJordan5.
The tweet went viral among Teen Mom Twitter fans, who seemed to all agree. User Toddcase4 wrote, “Ikr, I feel the same way, I don’t like this chick at all,” and @M_SerawopBegay agreed, “Yes!!! Mackenzie just needs to step the F back!”
They were just a few who wanted Mackenzie off the show, and that’s not even counting the numerous complaints on Reddit.

“I’ve seen speculation here that Mackenzie wants to be Maci, or take her place on OG if she quits,” wrote user spicychicken14. “Then on last night’s episode, I realized we literally saw one Maci scene, and the rest of her segments were Mackenzie, and a little of Ryan. Mackenzie is probably so happy with herself.”
User givenchycrocs agreed, “We’ve seen more of her than maci like….every episode this season. And while people will say it’s because she brings the drama – I’m f**kin sick of it and I’m a lot more interested in Maci’s view of said drama because it is her child involved. Ryan is hardly a Dad.”
One user, anonbluecouch11, pointed out that this could work out well for Maci. “I think Maci probably happy about it,” they wrote. “Like let her have her 15min and I’ll still collect the pay check. ?”
