The Teen Mom stars all have some skeletons in their closet, but over the years, it turns out that none of their pasts are secrets for good. No matter how much they’ve tried to hide their addictions and substance use, the truth has always come to light — whether they’ve admitted it or not.
Now, another star’s history with drug use is coming to the surface.
MTV recently decided to debut a new Teen Mom spinoff, Teen Mom: Young and Pregnant. The new show features younger girls with smaller paychecks and some serious Z-list struggles.
One of the most recent additions to the cast is Rachel Beaver, who, as it turns out, comes with a whole slew of baggage. Recently, it came out that an arrest warrant had been issued for her mother!
Court papers from Cobb County Court obtained by Radar reveal that the Human Resources Department sued Stephanie for the recovery of child support for her three children in 2008.
According to the legal claim, Stephanie “failed, neglected or refused to provide adequate and timely support for said minor children.” Radar reports that she also failed to provide accident and sickness coverage for her three daughters, Malorie, Carter, and Rachel herself.
Because Rachel’s mother failed to appear in court, she was ordered to pay $350.16 per month. However, she apparently couldn’t make these payments as by 2009 she “willfully failed and refused to comply with said order,” and owed a total of $3,612.29.
In 2011, the case was dismissed by the Plaintiff because they were “unable to locate the defendant.”
In 2013, a Complaint of Contempt was filed against Rachel’s mom, as she owed a whopping $17,495.73 in child support. Later that year, an order was issued for her arrest. Radar reports that the arrest was likely never made.
But it’s not just Rachel’s mother who has been hit with charges. Her father, Jason Beaver, also has a history with drug charges according to Radar Online.
