Leah is clearly willing to stay strong for her daughter Ali, but that’s not all she’ll be dealing with during the next season of Teen Mom 2. We expect to see her sharing a lot of updates about her secret relationship with her ex husband and baby daddy Jeremy Calvert!
It seems more details about their relationship status will come out during next season of Teen Mom 2. “[We filmed about] us being like ‘We should just get back together’ and about us hooking up,” she said.
She even spilled that she considered formally getting back together with him. “I guess at first maybe I considered [getting back together with Jeremy],” Leah revealed. “Like, ‘If we are getting along this great, why not try it again for Addie’s sake’ but at the end of the day we weren’t happy. We didn’t do well together but we do great as friends.”
But it’s not clear whether their relationship will ever amount to more than just hooking up. Jeremy Calvert shared as much in an interview with Ok! Magazine. “Everyone wants me and Leah to get back together,” he spilled. “I’ll always love Leah; we have a child together.”
He added that the two are very close friends and have a relationship that he doesn’t want to mess with at all. He explained:
“I don’t want to jeopardize what we have together to work out for 6 months or even a year and then everything falls apart. I don’t want Addie to feel that tension. I’m not going to jeopardize my happiness or my child’s happiness. I’d rather just co-parent with her for the sake of our child.”
