When it comes to Teen Mom plastic surgery, most fans think of Farrah Abraham first. But she’s far from the only cast member who has gotten a new look thanks to surgery. Many of the other girls have gotten subtle changes like fillers, or even more drastic adjustments like breast and butt lifts. Normally, they eventually spill to fans exactly what they had done, but is Leah Messer keeping things a secret?
It’s no secret that Leah looks drastically different now than when she first rolled onto the 16 and Pregnant scene. But to be fair, she’s older now, and has the dough to spend on great skin care, hair products, and styling. But many fans think she has had some surgical help as well.

The rumors started when Leah shared this snap of her posing for the camera. In the picture, she has pursed lips that seem much bigger than how they normally look!
Fans also spoke out after her appearance at the latest Teen Mom 2 reunion.“Is it just me or does Leah’s face look really different? I can’t say what it is exactly though,” wrote Twitter user @AshGray23 at the time. User @BeautyfulMissy agreed.
“Leah looks like she had some work done on her face,” they wrote. However, Leah soon spoke out about her new look.
“The fact that you guys seriously think I’ve had some kind of plastic surgery… The skincare line I use is pretty phenomenal tho,” she wrote. On Instagram, she wrote, “The fact that so many STILL think I’ve had plastic surgery [facepalm emoji]. I’m not opposed to some great b**bs, but no… #wtf #iwontcaretotellya #nope #notatall.”

Fans even noticed something different about Leah’s smile! Many believed that she took a page out of Kailyn Lowry’s book and decided to get veneers. However, Leah shut that down quickly, too. “I didn’t get veneers but I have temp filling on my top two eye teeth,” she wrote on Twitter.
But Leah’s recent appearance on Snapchat has reddit fans convinced that she had some work done, and it didn’t turn out very well. They reported that Leah could hardly move her face!
