The truth comes out!
Most fans seem to agree that there’s something fishy going on with Briana DeJesus and Javi Marroquin’s relationship. The new couple ― who have already been plagued with controversy thanks to their ever-sour relationship with Kailyn Lowry ― has been the subject of many new rumors in recent weeks. After weeks and weeks of tweeting and posting about one another without end, when the holidays rolled around, it seemed like they didn’t know each other. They both celebrated their holidays separately and didn’t exchange so much as a “Merry Christmas” via social media.
The timing makes things even more suspect to fans. Javi Marroquin recently revealed that he was going to be deployed into active duty by the Air Force again… and then only around a week later, he revealed that he wasn’t going. This resulted in accusations that he had made the entire deployment up for attention — and the accusations came from Briana’s mother!
Now, Briana and her mother Roxanne are spilling the full truth about Javi and Briana’s relationship… and many fans think that they’re only dating for television.

After weeks of what appeared to be a perfectly happy relationship, Javi Marroquin and Briana DeJesus seemed to fall off the face of the earth. After they spent Christmas apart, fans were convinced there was trouble in paradise. Their separate Christmas Instagram posts got many fans asking for an update. User @indecisive_doll_18 demanded, “Did you and Javi breakup!?” User @melissagutierrez022816 wrote, “Where’s [Javi] for the holidays?”
User @momma.drama told Javi, “I hope you and Bri are a ‘thing’ … y’all deserve someone good and loyal.”
Apparently, Briana got wind of the rumors pretty quickly, though. She very quickly commented on the rumors, spilling the truth about the state of “JaviAna.”

“Javi and I are still together,” Briana revealed in an interview with Us Weekly. “We are making plans toward our future. Our relationship has been great thus far and I believe we both see long term potential.”
She added that “Only the future will tell, but [they’re] enjoying being together and have a great time each time [they] are together.”
Among many things, she seems to admire that Javi is so good with her children. “Javi is also great to my kids and I appreciate that beyond belief, as I’ve struggled with my kids’ fathers being there for them,” she said.
Even though she confirmed that the relationship was real, there’s no denying that her mother Roxanne DeJesus had some concerns. In fact, Roxanne aired them all publicly on Twitter.

“How many times can you say I’m being deployed and not get deployed,” Roxanne raged on Twitter. “Stop using deployment as a tool for sympathy. But it’s a good story line [get the f**k outta here].”
She raged on, “DONT you f**king dare act like you do much because I f**king do it ALL!” she went on. “And don’t come playing the victim. You are not the victim!! HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO GIVE OF MYSELF TO F**KING PLEASE YOU!! Sit on that…”
Briana told a very different story to Us. “My mother and Javi are fine. There’s no issues,” Briana spilled. “She just wants to make sure Javi’s intentions are true and not just for TV. She’s my mother and wants to protect me but we are all fine. Everything has [been] worked out.”
