Trying to reconnect!
Jenelle has had a rough life, and things are finally getting on track, but that doesn’t mean that her past will never come back to haunt her. She is currently estranged from her father, who has cut her out of his life entirely, which has left her with some abandonment problems. She’s seeking to remedy this, as she has recently reached out to reconnect with her father.
She’s opened up about the experience, so we’re witnessing it as it develops.

We all know that Jenelle’s upbringing wasn’t exactly the best. It’s clear that Babs is still in her life a lot, considering that she has joint custody of her son, Jace, but what about Jenelle’s father?
If you don’t know much about him, it might be because he’s not on the scene very often, and that’s intentional. In fact, he made the decision to cut Jenelle out of his life entirely a few years back.
Abandonment Issues

According to Inquisitr, Jenelle is struggling with abandonment issues as a result of being estranged from her father, Robert Evans. In an effort to reduce these feelings, she’s made the decision to reach out to him.
She’s made an attempt to contact him, but no reports have confirmed whether or not she’s been successful. However, Inquisitr, reports that she would love to simply speak to him on the phone.

Most interestingly, even Jenelle doesn’t seem to be entirely sure why Robert has cut her out of his life entirely. It could simply be that, unlike Babs, he shies away from the attention that comes along with being involved in a Teen Mom star’s life, but there might be something a bit more complicated to go along with that.
She allegedly understands that it may have had something to do with his failing relationship with Babs, but she doesn’t understand why that would result in him cutting her out as well.
