Even though none of the Teen Mom cast members planned their first pregnancies, they managed to make the best choices for themselves and their children. All of their first born children came out just fine, even if there were some rocky starts along the way! Since then, most of the cast members have been planning their pregnancies after settling down with someone new… but there are always those who have surprise pregnancies down the line.

Maci Bookout’s youngest child, Maverick, is an absolute bundle of joy and fan favorite. But Maci was the first to admit that he was an accidental baby! The moment that Maci and Taylor McKinney discovered they were pregnant for the third time was captured on Teen Mom OG. It came as a surprise to Maci, who knew it would be difficult to juggle having two babies under two years old at the same time. Of course, she’s managed to make it all look so easy with her super mom abilities.
Since then, Maci and Taylor have been talking quite a bit about expanding their family. But instead of going the route that many of their costars have, these two are considering adopting a child. They’ve even discussed the possibility of adoption with their kids!
But another pregnancy could put their adoption plans on hold, and many have begun to believe that’s exactly what Maci has on her hands.

Many fans start to think the Teen Mom stars may be pregnant based on the shape of their bellies. But in Maci Bookout’s case, it’s something else: her face.

Botox?

In fact, fans are noticing changes to Maci’s face across the board. Reddit user VickiVyvanse wrote, “Does Maci use Botox? Watching the reunion and her forehead was so smooth,” adding this image of Maci at the reunion.
“Idk about Botox, but I’ve seen some speculation on Twitter that she’s pregnant bc her face does look fuller,” wrote user spookyookydoo. They added, “While I do not think she’s pregnant, I do think her face looks different. Can’t quite put my finger on what though.” User Pinkiexoxoxo wrote, “I definitely don’t think she’s pregnant either but I do think she looks great with a little extra weight on her and it very well could be here that she has that extra weight on….”
