Everyone has their own style of parenting, but Farrah Abraham truly has a brand all her own. From the very beginning, she’s made controversial parenting choices that have gotten her national attention, and not in a good way. From giving Sophia hundreds of dollars from the “tooth fairy” to plucking her eyebrows while she slept, Farrah has always marched to the beat of her own drum.
Even though she’s always made odd choices, they never seemed to do Sophia any outright harm. But now there’s someone very close to Sophia who fears she may be at risk because of Farrah’s mothering style.

Ever since she was young, Sophia Abraham has made a splash on social media. But recently, fans have been concerned after Sophia got her own account on Twitter, Instagram, and other platforms. Farrah Abraham managed to get around the rule that users have to be above thirteen years old to register by claiming she runs Sophia’s accounts, but it’s clear Sophia has access as well. Now it seems that could be putting her in danger. Sophia’s grandmother, Debra Danielsen, is voicing her concern.
“I am getting an overwhelming amount of information from people on social media about Instagram and Twitter accounts where adult men are making inappropriate remarks to Sophia,” Debra revealed to In Touch Weekly. “I am getting a lot of that, like screenshots and people saying, ‘Oh my God. Why are people saying this? This is a nine-year-old.'”

Debra confirmed to the outlet that she is still “quite estranged” from her daughter Farrah, but that she still finds it “hurtful to see my Sophia around some influences that I don’t particularly feel are age appropriate.”
Debra ended with a question that many fans have been wondering: “Why in the heck are people — and grown men — making ANY kind of inappropriate comment to my granddaughter on social media?”

However, in an interview with Radar Online , Farrah defended her decision to let then-seven-year-old Sophia use social media.
“I’m right there,” Farrah said. “Seven-year-olds are lighthearted when it comes to Snapchat. If she wants messages and she’s hyper then good for her before bed time.”
Farrah recently came under fire for “exposing” Sophia to messages from older men.
