A lot has changed in Farrah Abraham’s life since her time on 16 and Pregnant. Between raising Sophia, becoming a businesswoman, and finding out what her passions and goals are, she’s not the same woman she was when she was 16! But, of course, Farrah has changed more than just her life ― she’s also changed her body!
Farrah Abraham has always been open about her cosmetic procedures. In fact, from the first season of Teen Mom OG, she set money she didn’t have aside for breast augmentation surgery. Since then, she’s had numerous procedures, including a butt lift, a rhinoplasty, lip and facial implants, and more breast implants. Recently, she made the choice to try something new: a rejuvenation of her lady parts!
Now, less than two months later, she’s back in the saddle for yet another rejuvenation… and she’s proudly posting about it on her social media, of course!

Farrah has been nothing if not open with her fans from day one. She’s always put it all out there. From her business decisions to her cosmetic alterations, she has a reputation to baring it all. Even so fans were surprised at just how open she was willing to be when she posted that she was having a vaginal rejuvenation procedure earlier this year.
She shared this snap of her at her appointment, writing, “Loving my lady parts! #vaginalrejuvenation.” She also shared a video of the doctor explaining how the process works. She says, “What this does is it distributes little wounds through radio frequency, which kind of breaks up the collagen and forces it to restore during that healing process. So everything becomes tighter.”
But apparently once wasn’t enough! After showing off her rejuvenation in her cam show debut, she’s at it again with another rejuvenation.

She put this picture of her on her Snapchat, captioning it, “Back For my second Vaginal Reguvination [sic] !” and then plugged the center at which she had the procedure. Two back-to-back rejuvenation treatments are enough for anyone to be inquisitive, and the fans sounded off about Farrah’s procedure. “How much rejuvenation could a 25 year old vagina possibly need?” asked Reddit user teainjuly.
Others were so curious that they did some serious research into it. Reddit user Hate4Breakfast wrote:
”When she did her cam show I googled what “vaginal rejuvenation” is, because it sounds crazy to me. It is kind of a blanket term that can either be labiaplasty or vaginoplasty which ‘tightens’. It could be she went for one before and is doing the other now. I made a comment admitting to shameful research of her before and afters(they don’t exist, had to pause on her vagina and it made me feel terrible) and it looked to me that she may have had labiaplasty. She definitely has more of a typical porn vagina now, and I bet she feels great about it. I had to walk back semi judgmental comments, because it was honestly a big difference and I would be happy if I had those results. I’m not judging her at all, I think it’s a smart career decision and a huge boost to her confidence.”
Although some criticized her, others stuck up for her decision. “I mean, whatever floats her boat,” wrote user Momofboyses. “I think she kinda moves to the beat of her own drum… and I don’t think she really gives AF about what anyone thinks. More power to her.”
