Nice going, Farrah!
Having a child while you’re a teenager is going to take a serious toll on anyone. No one is really cut out for being a mother while you’re pretty much still a child yourself. So it’s not surprising that members of the Teen Mom cast have struggled with parenting throughout the years.
Although some of the girls seem to have put their parenting first and have dived straight into motherhood, others have struggled with it a bit. Even though none of them are totally free of scandal, Farrah’s most recent confession about her parenting has fans absolutely shocked about her parenting ability.

Unlike the other multi-moms of the Teen Mom cast, Farrah Abraham is the mother of one. Although Farrah had help raising Sophia from her mother, Debra, it hasn’t prevented her from getting criticized on her parenting at every turn. She’s been criticized for things as small as the way that she dresses Sophia, but this update has fans up in arms, and it’s not hard to see why.
Farrah snuck this confession into her recent Instagram post. She writes: “#ad Ladies (and men!) Ever returned to your car and realized you’ve left your child in the store! Omg, this happened once, but since starting on @focus.factor Extra Strength there’s no way that will happen!This stuffs improved my concentration, memory and focus MAJORLY! you know I’m momma #1, this gal is getting Sh#% done!”
For most people, there’s no question that Farrah messed up with this one. She dropped the bombshell that there was a time that she left poor Sophia in a store after shopping. Although she plays it off like a joke, it’s easy to imagine how horrified Sophia must have been to look up and realize that her mother wasn’t there anymore. It’s also scary to imagine what could have happened while Sophia was on her own. So it’s pretty alarming that Farrah said this like it was no big deal.
But she’s also receiving criticism for the way that she decided to say it: in the middle of an advertisement! In a strange way, it almost seems that Farrah was trying to profit from her mistake in an attempt to get more buys for Focus Factor.

It shouldn’t be surprising that fans absolutely sounded off about Farrah’s confession in the comment section of her update. User jamie6680 summed it up pretty well when she said, “I just can’t with this girl right now. “
But that wasn’t all that fans had to say. User janay_maayne wrote, “smh… you’re telling the entire world that you NEED some bs pills to REMEMBER YOU HAVE YOUR DAUGHTER WITH YOU WHEN YOU GO OUT TO A STORE? wow. don’t have anymore children please until you become an actual responsible adult.” User runningmama0522 wrote, “Nope, never left my kid in a store. It’s calling being a responsible adult. Try it sometime,” and kateaustinblair agreed, “our joking right .???? Here’s a tip if your brains that shot you forget your daughter in the store you might try partying less and focusing more on parenting …. With out trying to convince all of us “focus factor” is the next best thing.”
