At first glance, it may seem that Chelsea Houska has no haters at all. She’s easily one of the most popular cast members on the show, and all of her social media posts receive an outpouring of love and praise.

When it comes to Teen Mom plastic surgery, it’s obvious who takes the cake: Farrah Abraham. But that doesn’t mean she has a monopoly on Teen Mom surgery!

Stars like Kailyn Lowry and Briana DeJesus have gone above and beyond admitting to their surgery… they even filmed them! The notorious plastic surgeon Dr. Miami gave them free or reduced rate surgeries in exchange for publicity he got from streaming videos of their surgeries on Snapchat!

Now, is Chelsea the one who’s gone “too far?” Fans seem to think so!

“Sunday mornings call for big coffees and impromptu photo shoots,” Chelsea captioned this shot of her sipping starbucks in an oversized sweater and leggings. Even though she’s rocking her traditional style, fans seem to think that something more serious has changed: her face!
