It’s been 10 years since Amber Portwood first found herself with an unexpected pregnancy on 16 and Pregnant. Now 27 years old, Amber has a lot in common with her teenage self.
She’s recently announced that she is pregnant for the second time!
Although unexpected, Amber seems to be ecstatic about making her family a little bigger with her boyfriend Andrew Glennon. Now, she’s answering the biggest question on everyone’s minds: What’s the gender?!
Well, we don’t have to wait anymore to find out what gender Amber’s little bundle of joy will be. This announcement has fans even more impatient to meet the new little one!

Amber Portwood has been through some serious difficulty in her life, but lately, things have started to seriously look up for the Teen Mom OG star. After a three-year relationship with Matt Baier — whom Amber says robbed her of $120,000 over the course of their relationship — Amber has finally found someone new. She recently began dating Andrew Glennon, whom she met while filming Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars with Matt!
“Andrew worked in production on the show, and spent a lot of time with Amber,” an insider close to the star told Radar Online. “He worked on all her confessional scenes.”
They added, “Andrew quickly developed feelings for Amber, and made the first move… Amber says there was no cheating. Her and Matt had already broken up.”
Amber also weighed in with her take on the couple’s flirtations. “We decided that we wanted to be friends at first because we were just having so much fun talking with each other, and, you know, then when he came out to hang out, we just had even more fun together, so that’s just kind of how it started,” she told Us Weekly.
Andrew himself told Us, “It was definitely butterflies there, but again, as we started talking, strangely I felt so comfortable, which was amazing. I feel like that’s hard to find.”

It wasn’t long before Amber started to fall off of the radar. Fans noticed that she was posting on social media less, and she even missed filming for the Teen Mom reunion that aired in November. Soon, it all became clear as to why… Amber confirmed rumors that she was pregnant!
Now, Amber is coming out with a new addition to this exciting news. After her announcement, many fans had one question on their minds: boy or girl?
Amber has opened up with this to-the-point Instagram post of a baby on a Christmas ornament all dressed in blue, reading “It’s a boy!” She captioned it: “Little baby Glennon is on the way!!”
Amber seems more than excited about her new little one, but that doesn’t mean she isn’t getting the second-time-mommy nerves. “When I first found out, I was a little scared,” she told Us Magazine in a recent interview. “I just kind of sat down and thought about it and realized that it was a big step in my life and it was a good thing actually, and I was really happy within 30 minutes.”
She added, “We’re both very happy. I feel like it’s a new chapter of my life.”
